Summary terms for wholesale buyers.
Prices
Catalogue prices are indicative and ex VAT unless stated. Confirmed prices appear on the order acknowledgement.
Orders
Orders are accepted subject to stock. We may substitute equivalent lines only with your agreement.
Age-restricted goods
We supply ambient soft drinks, snacks, food cupboard and household lines to trade customers. We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled lawfully.
Delivery & risk
Risk passes on collection or on delivery to the address you nominate. Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Payment
Payment terms are as agreed on your trade account. Late accounts may be placed on stop.
Governing law
